Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Compliance and Quality Management:
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and follow internal procedures.
- Maintain and verify records and compliance in accordance with GMP and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
- Manage quality actions in the TWD System, monitor open quality and documentation tasks, and actively participate in internal and external audits.
Warehouse and Inventory Operations:
- Oversee warehouse operations including the receipt, picking, issuance, and transfer of supplies and materials between locations.
- Manage inventory and stock planning activities efficiently to maximize warehouse fill and material availability, while supervising inventory to minimize out-of-date materials.
- Organize the work of the warehouse to maintain its status in compliance with GMP requirements, ensure proper hygiene and protection of materials from contamination.
Supply Chain and Logistics:
- Understand and apply the Supply Chain Department’s responsibility procedures and instructions, as well as those described in quality agreements.
- Manage the scheduling of material releases to production and laboratory areas, monitor production status and batch availability, and execute purchase requirements and delivery scheduling.
- Handle customs clearance processes for shipments and organize transports, including the preparation and processing of relevant documentation.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare documents and reports concerning logistics processes and performance indicators.
- Update and create operational procedures and instructions, ensuring that all documentation such as logs, forms, procedures, instructions, and specifications are current and accurate.
Team Management and Development:
- Manage a warehouse team and organize team tasks to optimize efficiency and compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Train and support the onboarding of new employees, prepare training plans for the Supply Chain Department and monitor their implementation.
If you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a warehouse and distribution;
- Higher education diploma, preferably in related area;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to automate tasks, create macros, insert objects and create interactive presentations;
- Working knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage;
- Experience and knowledge of GMP rules;
- International experience and past exposure to audits and inspections would be an asset;
- Administrative experience in working with records;
- Good organization of time and work;
- Flexibility approaching new tasks, communication skills, ability to work in a team, non-conflictual;
- Accuracy and meticulousness;
- Ability to solve problems independently.
