Your responsibilities:

 

  • General laboratory tasks, such as:
    • Preparing laboratory solutions.
    • Cell passaging.
    • Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
    • Operation of bioreactor cultures.
  • Designing, preparing, and conducting laboratory experiments.
  • Documenting activities in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Preparing protocols and reports, equipment manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or other documents related to laboratory activities.
  • Managing inventory of reagents and consumable materials in the laboratory.
  • Supporting data collection from recorders and ensuring the integrity of data generated by the laboratory.
  • Responsibility for implementing the quality system within the bioprocess development group, in collaboration with other team members.

 

Required Competencies:

 

  • Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, chemistry).
  • Entry-level position – prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or laboratory work is welcome but not required.
  • Good communication and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset focused on collaboration and shared goals.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, with the ability to prepare and format documents in MS Word, work with Excel spreadsheets, and create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written (at least B1 level), sufficient for preparing documentation in English.
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis will be an additional advantage.
