Join Polpharma Biologics as a Material Planner and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials essential for the production of life-saving biosimilars. In this role, you will monitor inventory levels, collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and optimize material planning processes to support our cutting-edge biopharmaceutical production.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and analyzing material availability for production processes.
• Preparing and submitting purchase requests in SAP and scheduling deliveries.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless material flow and efficiency.
• Supervising and optimizing inventory to reduce out-of-date materials.
• Working in compliance with GMP and GDP regulations.
• Maintaining and updating documentation related to supply chain operations.
• Analyzing material usage and implementing improvements in supply planning.
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in quality and on-time delivery.
• Updating and creating operating procedures and instructions. Verification and update of documentation pertaining to the Supply Chain Department i.e. logs, forms, procedures, instructions, specifications.
• Resolving supply chain related issues..

If you have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in material supply planning.

• As least a bachelor degree education in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience working with supply chain documentation.
• Working knowledge of SAP and familiarity with GMP regulations would be an advantage. 
• High proficiency of MS Excel. as well as working knowledge of other MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Good command of English language in both speaking and writing.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
