As Drug Product Development Specialist you will be responsible for planning, execution, interpretation, and documentation of experiments aimed at development of a biological drug product.
  

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and execution of experiments;

• Storing and managing data according to GDevP and internal procedures;
• Collaboration with other sections within TR&D department and outside the department; cooperation with external companies;
• Writing reports according to the internal procedures and best scientific writing practices;
• Conducting literature search to address challenges or to seek improvements;
• Presentation of experimental results on team and/or department meetings;
• Supervision over experiments/laboratory work performance by lower level employees;
• Strict compliance with safety rules;
• Providing support in products dossier preparation (IMPD/MAA/BLA).

If you have:

• Degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry or other life science;
• Experience in various characterization techniques used in biopharmaceutical R&D (e.g., UV-Vis, FTIR, DLS, DSC, UPLC, MF, HIAC);
• Ability to plan and execute experiments at scarce supervision and deliver results within required timelines and quality;
• Excellent organization with good writing skills to deliver reports on time and with appropriate quality;
• Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects;
• Ability to perform literature search and draw conclusions from it;
• Pro-active attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the development of the group;
• Good command of English language spoken and written; 
• Practical knowledge of MS Office;
• Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player;
• Ability to communicate effectively.
