Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Preparing constant and variable remuneration components affecting payroll;
  • Carrying out tasks related to other payroll processes (e.g. issuing Z-3, RP7, employment and remuneration certificates, other payroll documentation); 
  • Support processes of  bank transfers and GL Postings generation;
  • Preparation & control of the documents regarding hiring, termination, changes, rights and obligations  during employment as well as completion of the documents for Civil Contractors, Management Board Members, Supervisory Board members;
  • Ensuring completeness and correctness of employees files, electronic files,  HR-Payroll system and Social Security platform;
  • TMP (Time Management Platform) users support;
  • Legal regulations changes monitoring to ensure labor law compliance in the fields of employees files, payroll;
  • Operational running of selected benefits;
  • Participation in the development of IT tools and other P&O projects;
  • Preparation of internal and external reports;
  • Active participation in updating P&O procedures.

 

If you have:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position dealing with complex and nuanced payroll matters; 
  • University degree - preferable  degree in a related field;
  • Very good knowledge of legal regulations surrounding payroll and HR administration;
  • Good knowledge of rules related to foreigners’ employment;
  • Personnel administration systems knowledge, mainly SAP;
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken);
  • Good command of MS Office;
  • Previous experience of working in an international and cross functional environment;
  • Problem-solving, flexibility, empathy;
  • Accuracy, reliability, high work ethic and personal culture;
  • Independence and high organizational skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization with competing priorities;
  • Ability to work independently, hands-on mindset.
