As a the IT Data Center Engineer you will play crucial role for ensuring the continuous availability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, which is pivotal to our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare solutions.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct server and application monitoring to ensure optimal performance and quick resolution of any issues;
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure robustness of the IT infrastructure;
• Manage both physical and virtual server environments, particularly focusing on VMware;
• Regularly update server software and firmware, along with implementing security patches to safeguard data and infrastructure;
• Collaborate with various internal teams and auditors to prepare and present timely audit reports.

If you have:

• Proficiency in managing Dell Datacenter Stack: Dell servers, storages, and backup solutions including Avamar, Veeam, DataDomain, and PowerScale;
• Extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting VMware environments is essential;
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate tasks and streamline processes;
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and tools like ServiceNow is highly desirable;
• Very good command of both English and Polish verbally and in writing;
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring using tools like Splunk and adept at advanced monitoring of Windows-based servers. Proficiency in server software and security patching;
• Experience with Citrix and Hyper-V environments is a plus.
