Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical support maintenance and development for laboratory, production and other systems supporting business functions and processes in accordance with agreements;
- Incident handling, implementation of corrective actions and troubleshooting of the application and its components;
- Handling user requests, managing user access, licenses, and creating and maintaining appropriate documentation (SOP, SMB, INS) for supported applications. Creating users’ accounts;
- Maintaining validated GxP application environment;
- Ensuring the configuration of the application and its components as required;
- Providing specialist technical knowledge in the field of servicing supported systems, cooperation with system owners and coordination of downtime related to upgrades, updates and configurations;
- Playing a key role in working with system user groups and PB support groups (IT, Automation, CSV, etc.), coordinating the resolution of supplier problems when required, and maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration;
- Providing support to application users through consulting, training and proposing technical solutions to improve the operation of applications and processes;
- Support for the process of system validation, tests and activities as part of planned changes and implementations of new functionalities;
- Support and participation in implementation projects for new applications and solutions or new software versions in the field of:
- Identification and specification of technical requirements of the application;
- Implementation and testing of new solutions, versions and prototypes;
- Use of appropriate procedures and test scripts and scripts o support for the smooth takeover of the operational service application.
If you have:

At least 3 years of experience in related positions;
- Academic degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline is required;
- A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in support of computerized systems in the pharmaceutical or related industry is required;
- Strong IT foundation with an emphasis on the integration of PC / lab equipment and GxP lab information systems;
- Knowledge of life cycle and computerized systems (CSV) validation issues, data integrity, GxP and GAMP best practices, and compliance;
- Experience in working with tools such as ITSM and eQMS such as ServiceNow and Trackwise and their processes (change control, incident management, etc.);
- Good command of English and Polish language;
- Able to work effectively under stress and pressure;
- Strong communication skills, the ability to visually describe the structure or explain a problem;
- Ability to set and maintain priorities for multiple tasks and work under pressure;
- Ability to work in a team in pursuit of a common goal.
