As a Group Supply Chain Manger you will be responsible for managing activities within Materials Planning and Supply Chain team and ensure smooth operations and maintain high service level.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure effective organization and operations handling by Material Planning and Supply Chain Teams;
- Oversee of effective planning of purchases and deliveries of materials in order to secure production plans and reduce the risk of losses resulting from the expiration of materials;
- Inventory management at manufacturing sites from the PB SA Group;
- Strengthening effective cooperation between manufacturing sites from the PB SA Group and external Suppliers;
- Secure timely replenishment of materials and release to ship out;
- Manage Master Data related to Supply Chain (e.g. materials and suppliers);
- Preparation of analyses and reports as needed, within the areas of responsibility;
- Update and implement SOPs related to material planning and supply chain operations;
- Oversee and review processes related to planning strategy and inventory management;
- Manage and participate in projects and initiatives improving operations (e.g. process optimization and harmonization, implementation of new tools, etc.);
- Strengthen effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to adjust delivery commitments and production capacities;
- Lead activities within subordinate team within and S&OP process at loc and group level;
- Ensure production and supply planning by cross cooperation with relevant stakeholders to achieve business goals and synergies at group level;
- Contribute to Business Continuity Processes;
- Review and maintain global and local Supply Chain KPIs and strategies.
If you have:
- At least 3 years in supply chain managerial positions related to people management and prior experience in operational roles;
- Degree in Business, Logistics or related field;
- Experience with compliance with internal procedures, regulations and requirements including Good Manufacturing Practice;
- Ability to motivate team members and provide a clear vision and objectives;
- Ability to scan and interpret internal and external environment to take actions which will benefit the business;
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving approach;
- High planning, execution, and analytical thinking skills;
- Very good communication and business relationships building skills;
- Good command of English language;
- Ability to work effectively under stress and pressure;
- Openness to travel;
- High Leadership skills.
