As a Compensation & Benefits Expert you will lead processes related to the maintenance and ongoing operation of the compensation and benefits policies and practice that ensure Organization’s market competitiveness, enabling the attraction, motivation and retention of employees with the required competencies. You will influence and implement new tools and solutions. 

 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Managing compensation & benefits (C&B) activities and processes involving salary reviews, job evaluation,  bonuses, performance management and  the annual salary survey processes, etc.;
  • Leading change management projects  aiming at optimizing and/or changing the C&B programs - based on employee satisfaction surveys, market trends and best practices, and in alignment with the company's strategy;
  • Recommending, designing, implementing and conducting programs and activities with goal to enhance the attractiveness of the Employer's offer and strengthening the sense of belonging;
  • Establishing processes in the company's benefit area, updating regulations, procedures and instructions, as well as effectively communicating and promoting them within the Organization;
  • Administering and continuously improving C&B tools, especially dedicated SAP SuccessFactors modules and benefit management tools;
  • Participating in bidding processes for  C&B tools and services;
  • Enforcing adherence to processes and rules for ongoing cooperation with benefit providers and  monitoring the standard and contractual compliance of said services, as well as invoice settlement and control of allocated budgets;
  • Designing, implementing and running well-being programs;
  • Preparation of communication materials, reports and analyses in the C&B area;
  • Participating in other Human Resources (HR) projects.

                
If you have:

 

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years of experience in an independent position in the area of C&B;
  • University degree - preferable human resource management or economics;
  • Ability to lead projects and implement new solutions (change management);
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and practices;
  • Understanding of financial processes related to HR costs;
  • Strong communication skills (including presentation skills);
  • Basic knowledge of HR and payroll and HRM systems;
  • Knowledge of modern HR tools;
  • Working knowledge of the MS Office package (especially MS Excel);
  • Very good command of English;
  • Independence and high organizational skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization with competing priorities;
  • Ability to work independently, hands-on mindset.
