In-house Counsel

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a highly experienced legal professional to join our Dutch entity in Amsterdam as an In-house Legal Counsel. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Management Board, providing essential legal and corporate advice while supporting our business development team. You will ensure that our operations align with the highest legal standards, best practices, and corporate governance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Offering ongoing legal and corporate advice, including drafting internal documents, resolutions, policies, procedures, and contracts.
• Collaborating closely with the Management Board, advising on critical legal and corporate matters.
• Supporting the business development team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Coordinating the work of external law firms to ensure effective legal support.
• Representing Polpharma Biologics in dealings with governmental offices, courts, and public authorities, as necessary.
• Collaborating with legal counsel from other companies within our international group to ensure consistency and compliance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified legal counsel or attorney in the Netherlands, with 10-12 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally with international transactional experience.
• Expertise in corporate governance, contract law, and commercial transactions, preferably within the life sciences or biotechnology sectors.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• A proactive, independent professional who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
